LARGE TABLE BOOKING For booking of 4 pax or more and booking on holidays, we kindly request a deposit of 500,000 VND/pax (20 USD/pax) to secure the reservation. Please provide us with your updated phone number and email address in order to proceed with the deposit payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY To ensure the optimal dining experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any reservation cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS When making a reservation, please tell us as detailed as possible about your allergies. This would include the types of food that you are allergic to, the severity of the allergies. Especially if you are allergic to seafood, please tell us whether you can consume nước mắm (fish sauce) at all.
Currently we can accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian and different types of allergies with 3-hour in advance notice.
DIFFERENT ORDERS WITHIN A GROUP Our standard Sto:ry Menu requires group order for the best experience. In case you'd like varied orders among your group members, please indicate your preferences in the request box at the final step.
RUNNING LATE OF ARRIVAL TIME The entire experience of Sto:ry Menu will take about 2.5 hours. Please be aware of location and heavy traffic at times in Danang City. If you are running late or cancelling the reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience.
CHILDREN POLICY We are pleased to accommodate families with children from age 2. Young diners aged 8 years and above can enjoy our Sto:ry Menu (Short Experience - 7 courses).
PARKING Parking spaces for motorbikes and cars are available in front of the venue, our staff will support you to park safely.
OTHERS - Dresscode: Smart Casual. - Last order: 21:00 - Walk-in guests are welcome, however it is subjected to availability. - Prices are subjected to 8% of service charge, 8% VAT on food and non-alcoholic drinks, 10% VAT on alcoholic drinks.
